These are the general terms under which Little Guests NI provides event childcare services. A full booking contract is issued with every confirmed booking.
Bookings & deposits
A non-refundable deposit secures your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event as detailed in your booking contract.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event forfeit the deposit only. Later cancellations may incur further charges as outlined in your contract.
Safeguarding
All staff hold enhanced DBS checks and paediatric first aid certification. Parents or guardians remain legally responsible for their children at all times.
Insurance
Little Guests NI holds comprehensive public liability insurance.
